How else would you call a bass that takes an icon and flips it on its head? A A bass that is light, slim, compact, slick; affected by neither neck dive nor neck inching up. That is comfortably contoured with full access to all frets and no dead spots. Heretic maybe? Or Maverick?

Quite an oxymoron. But that's how we like it. The Ü-J jaw dropping looks are the result of total, unabridged, unforgiven slavery to beauty and quality.

That's what a Mu¨B-J is all about. Classy yet irreverent. Take the one in the picture. Understated satin black finish. But look closer and you will see black stained grain barely making it to the surface. Plug it in for the loud bit.

Design don't exist in a vacuum. A headstock design might work on its own, But it has to work in relations to the rest of the bass. A smaller headstock, for instance, dramatically reduces neck dive many other basses suffer from. Not that a MÜB ever had that problem ;)

On many basses the last fret is hard to reach. Contours that works on a 24 fret long neck become useless on a 21 fret bass because the left hand gets stuck at the back of the lower horn. Not at the front. MüB knows that. Hence the deep lower horn back contour.

The MüB-J is available with standard tuners or with MüB string anchors. An original design, they elegantly toss unnecessary weight out of the window. Chrome, black, gold plated or natural brass.

Both jack socket and tuners are recessed to steer clear from damage. It's a custom option offered on all models.
